Hearing this relieves me a bit, as I suspected Finding Nemo may be the least of Pixar's films (not that it would be bad, but just not as good).

Glad to hear a positive opinion, but I'm still reserving my expectations a bit.

I think the mere fact that because it was the second Computer Animated film after TS hurt it. Everyone probably was comparing it to TS, which makes it hard for the film to become individually memorable. Personally, I didn't care much for it. It just felt really empty - not as heartfelt as Pixar's ot...

Sounds great.

The only thing I'm concerned about is that Wolverine's sarcasm won't be in X2. I absolutely loved quotes from the first like:

"What do they call you? Wheels?"
"Why not? Afraid you might like it?"
"You're a d**k."

LOL. Is he still like that in X2?

X2: X-Men United

Anyone see this yet? I wanted to see it opening day, but alas I couldn't. I'll surely see it this weekend though.

How'd everyone like it? I heard it was great.

IMO, the magic of Disney's animated films died after Lion King and hasn't been back since. Yes, I am excluding Pixar - Disney is in no way responsible for what made Pixar's films great, just as Disney isn't responsible for Miyazaki's work, even though they distributed it. The only animated movie Dre...

This is a fantastic movie - its very unlike most of Walt's other films, certainly a unique piece, and not as lighthearted as films like Treasure Island and Swiss Family. I can't wait to pick this one up.

I like this guy already. Looks like he wants to turn the animation department around - bout time, IMO. They need to get back to what made 'em great in the first place.

It looks much better than previous times I've seen it - not as dark or grainy, more colorful. But it's not anything glorious. They could've done a better job.
