Helle, Does Anyone Know Why They Are Re-Releasing "Sleeping Beauty" Under The Platinum Title? There Was Nothing Wrong With The 2-Disc Special Edition!

Its all conjecture at this point past the four original Limited Editions which are next in line.
Do they restart with Snow White or go to the additional four movies. I have seen both as scenarios.
But for most of these movies I can not see rebuying them and that includes Sleeping Beauty and Fantasia. They just cant make it better by enough to make me rebuy.

I really hope they're going on with movies than just stop and take all over again, that's something they've to do anyway, but still. The only one(s) I would rebuy is Fantasia and although I already own the old DVD of it (just got it!) it's always nice to have to uncensored., if it even will be uncensored.
Disney DVD's 2005: Bambi PE, Alice in Wonderland SE, Tarzan SE, Cinderella PE - much much more!
Re: Sleeping Beauty Platinum?
i thought we were talking about Sleeping Beauty, not FantasiaRobin Hood wrote:Hi, Does anyone know why they are re-releasing Sleeping Beauty as a Platinum Edition? There was nothing wrong with the 2-Disc, Id prefer Dumbo instead!
Disney likes to make money off us.
You know, we're all about the "TITLE" of our DVDs.
We assume PLATINUM is better than SPECIAL EDITION..when they're really the same.

You Should Look At Music World (If There Is One Where You Live!). I Got A Sleeping Beauty DVD With The Slipcover There About A Month Ago.

I was told that Music World had a copy for $40 but I'll just wait for the PE. It'll be better and cheaper anyway.Robin Hood wrote:You should look at HMV or Music World (if you have one where you live) I got a Sleeping Beauty DVD with the slipcover, like a month ago. (and for a good price too!)
How much did you pay for your Sleeping Beauty SE?
