BURBANK, Calif., July 8, 2005 – From Robert Rodriguez, director and writer of the SPY KIDS

Sometimes the most amazing superheroes are the ones inside your dreams. That’s the
discovery made by ten-year-old Max (Cayden Boyd, “Freaky Friday”), an outcast little boy who
has become lost in his own fantasy world while dealing with quarreling parents (David Arquette,
Riding The Bullet” and Kristin Davis TV’s “Sex and The City”), and a school bully (Jacob
Davich, “The Aviator”).

Max keeps a journal of his dreams, but the other kids in school make fun of it. One day while in
Mr. Electricidad’s (George Lopez, TV’s “The George Lopez Show”) class, two of Max’s
imaginary heroes come for a real-life visit. Soon Max is off on an amazing adventure with
Sharkboy and Lavagirl, in a fantastic world where Max’s imagination is more real than he could

I actually saw a preview for this yesterday when m and my family went to the movies to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Guess what. Since I went to see the movie, I missed 'Get A Clue' on free to air TV!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's the only time I'll get to watch it since I don't have cable, it isn't available on DVD in Australia, and my parents won't let my import it from America. And I'm sure Channel 7 won't repeat it, because the only other DCOM they've aired is Cadet Kelly, and they haven't aired it since last year.
Yeah anyway, the movie looks pretty good.
